Man pleads guilty after burning woman’s clothes moments before apartment fire

A 36 -year -old man was found guilty of burning a woman’s clothes and setting an apartment on fire in Harrison Township.

Chaunsay Tinsley was accused by a great jury in February, and according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, he was found guilty of misleading arsonists on Tuesday.
