SC dismisses retired IPS officer’s plea against quashing of summons to Abhay Chautala

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court made an objection filed by a retired IPS officer who objected to the order of Punjab and Haryana Supreme Court, which prevented the call of Indian National Delight Chief Abhay Singh Chautala in a slander case against him in 2008.
