Ryder Cup 2025: Europe’s Viktor Hovland out of singles match v Harris English

US captain Keegan Bradley put the name of English in the envelope if a European player was injured.

When the lottery for Singles was played on Saturday, English and Hovland were matched in the 12th match.

Hovland’s problem, along with Scottie Scheffler and Robert Macintyre against Russell Henley, fred up after the victory of Foursomes on Saturday morning.

In the afternoon, Hovland, which was scheduled to play with Matt Fitzpatrick at Fourballs, was replaced by Tyrrell Hatton.

“The last two months have some problems with neck injury,” said Hovland, Saturday evening MRI scan made.
