AAI invites bidders to fix boundaries Warangal airport land

The Indian Airport Authority (AAI) is preparing to correct the limits of the existing airport land at the Warangal Airport, also known as Mamnoor Airport based on revenue survey maps. The authorized invited the bidder to correct the boundaries, including painted Peg marking and fixing in accordance with the proper PEG, and creating a digital map for 740 acres. The survey is expected to be completed after tenders are given to successful bidder holders.
It can be noted that the Telangana government has recently bought a 220 -acre land for the airport against 253 acres of requirements. The Ministry of Civil Aviation issued ‘Objection Certificate (NOC)’ for emergency development and advised the Telangana government to take the necessary measures.
On March 2 this year, in a program in Haydarabad, Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu said that the proposed airport in Mamnoor near Warangal will be completed within 30 months provided that the TELANGANA government delivered the necessary land to the AAI.
