West Perth crash: Ute involved in collision that killed Australia Post worker might’ve had early crash

WA Police believe a vehicle that crashed into a minibus and killed an Australia Post worker in West Perth on Monday may have hit another car before the fatal crash.
In a new statement on Thursday, WA Police said they believed the Isuzu D Max may have been involved in a previous collision with a Suzuki Vitara.
No injuries were reported in the earlier crash.
The suspected collision occurred when the ute crashed into a minibus on Hay Street at around 7am on Monday, before the force of the impact caused both vehicles to crash into an office building.
Australia Post worker and much-loved grandmother Theena Barton was delivering mail when the accident happened.
The 74-year-old man, who was seriously injured, died at the scene.
Investigators are urging anyone traveling on the Kwinana Highway northbound from the Narrows Bridge towards Hay Street between 6.30am and 6.40am to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at: www.crimestopperswa.com.au
Due to heavy traffic in the area at the time, investigators are hopeful drivers may have dashcam footage of the incident.

The vision can be attributed directly to researchers this way connection.
