After a milestone year, realty’s big four aim for ₹1.2 tn home sales in FY27

Mumbai-based Godrej Properties, India’s best-selling housing developer, broke its record ₹34,171 crore sales in FY26 and has guided so far ₹39,000 crore this year. Prestige Estates came second ₹30,024 crore in sales and the Bengaluru-based developer expects a 15-20% increase in FY27. Godrej, which is worth both the launch pipeline ₹48,000 crore this year and Prestige is banking on premium-focused, high sales velocity project launches across cities.
