One of rock music’s most respected voices says that Donald Trump is “destroying America”

Neil Young He called out US President Donald Trump for making America a “disaster” and called on US citizens to “rise up” in peaceful protests against his regime.

Young expressed his harsh condemnation of Trump in a strongly worded editorial in the newspaper. Times Contrarian part of the website.

“Wake up, people!” writes. “The USA today is a complete disaster. Donald Trump is destroying America piece by piece with his staff of wannabes, people with no experience or talent, secret alcoholic wife beaters, inexperienced leaders who only know how to lie to maintain Trump’s fraud to maintain their unearned positions in his inept government, a Congress full of Republicans who act like unscrupulous idiots… He has divided us. How did we elect these reptiles with no curves, no values, no conscience, no clue? The way to save the USA

“We have to take Trump at his word,” he continues. “Make America Great Again. It’s not going to be easy as we try to turn our cities into battlefields to overturn our elections and escape all accountability… Something has to change this. We know what to do. Stand up. Millions at peace. So much innocence.” [sic] people are dying.

“It’s freezing in America. There was no ICE before Trump. There were no soldiers on the streets before Trump. Every move he makes is aimed at creating instability to stay in power.”

“He knows nothing about love,” Young concludes. “He doesn’t know you are. Use your love of life, your love for each other, your love for children, theirs and ours. At peace. Now.”

Young’s editorial is a follow-up to another in which he expressed anger at his murder. Renee Nicole Good Jan. 7 by a U.S. immigration agent in Minneapolis.

“This morning an ICE officer shot a woman in the face three times in Minneapolis for no reason,” he wrote. “These ICE people do not act like cops. They are thugs. Their credentials are weak. Their faces are covered. Is ICE the new American Thug cop?”

Young also reacted to the administration’s controversial comments about the seizure of Greenland and the removal of women and people of color from military leadership.

This isn’t the first time Young has condemned Donald Trump’s presidency. Last August, the singer-songwriter released a track titled: Major Crime here he offered a scathing indictment of Trump’s second term in the White House.

The lyrics of a part of the song are as follows:

“We need to get the fascists out
I need to clean the White House
We don’t want soldiers on our streets
“A major crime is being committed at the White House in DC.”
