Allahabad HC dismisses plea seeking ban on release of Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla film

On Thursday, the Supreme Court of Allahabad made an objection to the publication of Jolly LLB 3, claiming that the trailer does not contain inconvenient content against lawyers. The film, which will hit theaters on September 19, is directed by Subhash Kapoor and Yıldız Akshay Kumar as well as Arshad Warsi.

Justice Sangeeta Chandra and Bringh, the film’s trailer, claiming to be humiliating against the community of lawyers, Jy Shukla, a petition opened by a petition passed, and therefore the film should be banned, he said.

Ignoring the counter, Bank said, “According to the petitions, we have passed through the three official trailers/Teaser of Jolly LLB 3, which tends to reduce the dignity of the court in the eyes of a common person, and we could not find any insulting issue to guarantee intervention by this court.”

“We have passed through the lyrics of the song ‘Bhai Hakeel Hai’ song and we cannot find anything that can intervene in the application of the law profession by real advocates.”

Jolly LLB 3 is the third installment of the Black Comedy Legal Drama series. The first film was released in Jolly LLB 2013, and Arshad Warsi’s Jagdish Tyygi Aka Jolly and the second film Jolly LLB 2 hit the theaters in 2017 and appeared in Akshay Kumar as Jagdishwar Mishra Aka Jolly. Now, Jagish and Jagdishwar will meet again in Jolly LLB 3 to entertain the audience.
