Amyl and The Sniffers win big at Australian music industry awards

Punk rockers Amyl and The Sniffers took home the top three gongs at the Australian music industry’s APRA awards.

The four-piece outfit, fronted by high-energy singer Amy Taylor, also picked up the Songwriter of the Year award for the second year in a row.

Meanwhile, hit songwriter Sarah Aarons, who has worked with K-pop boy band BTS as well as Flume and Tame Impala, picked up her sixth APRA gong with the International Recognition Award.
Rock band INXS has been awarded the prestigious Ted Albert Award for Outstanding Services to Australian Music and artist Ecca Vandal has performed her first INXS track Just Keep Walking.
