At the age of 70, Leela Jose, a farmer from Konnathady, a sleepy village in Idukki, who challenged both gravity and congress, jumped from a plane rising above 13,000 feet from the ground in Dubai.

Breathtaking Skydive is a story of courage, adventure and inspiration. Recently, when he visited his son in Dubai, it was a dream that he had fed for years. There, Leela experienced a lifetime splash with excitement, curiosity and only one fear.

“I always wanted to do this while watching Skydiving videos on TV. I shared my wish with a few friends and relatives, but they mocked. Then I didn’t talk to anyone, but always in my mind, Le Leela says.

Recently, he visited his son Balu and his bride Lintu in Dubai, which led to a way to fulfill his ambition. “Skydiving appeared during a conversation. When I asked that, my son wanted to know if I wanted to do it, and I said yes, or he says. Lela said, “I said I would do it if an opportunity was revealed. My mother -in -law was in full support, Le Leela remembers with a smile.

“Balu immediately called an adventure tourism agency and approved my application in three hours. The next morning, my son and I arrived in the place.

“Living in Idukki inspired my adventurous soul, or he says. “I attended the event without any practice. I watched many videos, but I had no idea how to do it.”

Leela’s dreams don’t end here. If he gets an opportunity, he’s ready to travel into space. “My next passion is to join the scuba diving, or he says.
