Awkward moment mumbling Joe Biden is interrupted by hecklers… as he slams Trump over ‘vanity projects’ and calls president a ‘loser’ before struggling to walk off stage

Former President Joe Biden’s return to the campaign stage was punctuated by jeers and jeers from viewers Saturday night as he launched a wide-ranging attack on President Donald Trump.
Biden accused his successor of undermining America’s alliances, pursuing vanity projects and profiting from the presidency.
Speaking to Democrats gathered at the Maryland Democratic Party’s Live Fight and Win Summit! The 83-year-old man, who was at the Casino & Hotel in Hanover, repeatedly criticized Trump while making remarks via a teleprompter.
Biden had to pause several times as hecklers interrupted parts of his speech, which was also punctuated by the former president coughing several times.
The appearance was one of Biden’s most high-profile public speeches in recent weeks as he continues to make political appearances as he battles Stage 4 prostate cancer.
Throughout the speech, Biden defended his administration’s record while arguing that Trump’s return to the White House has harmed the country’s standing at home and abroad.
He claimed that Americans view the economy increasingly favorably under his administration compared to Trump’s administration.
‘Have you noticed that Americans say the economy under Biden is much better than the economy under Trump?’ Biden asked his supporters, drawing applause from the mostly Democratic audience.

Biden reserved some of his harshest criticism for various construction and branding projects associated with Trump’s second administration.
‘This isn’t just his vanity projects; Demolishing the East Wing of the White House to make room for the ballroom. Putting his name in the Kennedy Center. He is building an arch in his honor. “Even hiring your own pool man to fix the reflecting pool,” Biden said before delivering his punchline.
‘Wow, what a loser.’
These words received applause from party activists who attended the summit.

He called on Democrats to continue working for, in his words, “the country we know we can be: a fair, equal, honest, decent country.” A country where we give no safe haven to hate.’
Biden ended his speech with a familiar call for national unity and optimism.
‘We can do this and we will,’ he told the crowd. ‘We just need to remember who we are. We are the United States of America! If we work together, nothing can exceed our capabilities!’
He then appeared confused and asked for directions as he tried to leave the stage.
The speech came more than two years after Biden ended his 2024 reelection campaign following widespread concerns among Democrats about his debate performance against Trump.
