Azerbaijan Grand Prix: Lando Norris heads Oscar Piastri in first practice in Baku

Managing Norris’s championship with 31 points, Australian directed 13 rounds compared to 18 of Briton.

Norris ended 0.310 seconds faster than Piastri and Leclerc out of a speed of 0.552 seconds.

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen looked at the target to enter the mixture in front of a tour at the end of the session, just locking a wheel in the hardest slope to 15 and spear on the escape path.

Verstappen finished the fastest session behind Williams’s Alex Albon and Dutch Red Bull teammate Yuki Tsunoda.

Williams’s car was the eighth fastest in front of the two racing bulls of Carlos Sainz, Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar, who took off the rubber location under 16 turn pavement.

Hamilton’s incident came in third and after misrepresents his return, he cropped the inner sidewalk. Until this point, it was about 0.2 seconds away from Leclerc, but ended the session of 0.831 seconds from his teammate.
