BBC reports from Lebanese border town as residents try to go back

BBC Arabic correspondent Carine Torbey reports from the border town of Khiam that the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon has entered its second day.
The Lebanese army set up a barrier in Khiyam to prevent residents from returning to their homes, as violent explosions continued to be heard in towns partially under Israeli occupation.
On Friday, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun announced that his country had entered a new phase that could turn the temporary ceasefire into a permanent peace agreement.
