Eindhoven Airport LIVE: Flights halted after air traffic control problem on Monday | World | News

The suspension of flights at Eindhoven Airport in the Netherlands caused long delays. The malfunction was noticed around 11.30 this morning and air traffic has not been allowed to land since then.
The problems were caused by a network outage at the Air Force control tower. Ground flights were routed via Rotterdam, Zaventem Airport in Brussels, Maastricht and Weeze. Flights to Rome, Bologna, Sofia and Prague are among those cancelled.
