TThe Indian Election Commission reviews preparation in Bihar and meets with political parties.

On Sunday, October 5, 2025, the second day of his two -day visit to Bihar, ECI reviewed the preparation of executive agencies for the upcoming legislative elections.

ECI, led by the Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, organized a meeting with the heads of various executive agencies and knot officers in Patna today to evaluate the coordination and preparation in order to ensure free, fair and incentive elections in the state.

Together with Mr. Gyanesh Kumar, election brokers Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi, Patna organized a detailed and comprehensive investigation. Bihar Chief Election Officer Vinod Gunjyal and the senior officials of the commission were also present.
