Body found in search for man last seen on Snowdon
The body of a last seen man on Snowdon Mountain was found after a two -day search.
The North Wales Police confirmed that the body of 27 -year -old Kieran, whose surname was not published, was found in the afternoon afternoon.
Lastly on Monday, after 12:00, the Bwlch Glas area near the PYG runway was seen at 7 am after walking towards the top of the mountain.
In an update on Tuesday, the Chief Inspector Emma Parry said: “The deepest condolences remains with Kieran’s family in this extremely difficult time.
Im This is not the result we hope and thank you to common agencies and everyone who supported our searches.
“The family also wants to thank the mountain rescue teams who help to call Kieran, with all other agencies.”
Northern Wales Police, Kieran’s family was informed and the forensic medicine was noticed, he said.
On Monday, the Power said that they were “more and more concerned” for Kieran, and said that multi -institutional searches continue to find it.
They were eager to talk to a group of walkers who spoke to Kieran just before noon and asked the people in the region to check the photos taken to see if Kieran was in the background.
In an early update on Tuesday, the force said that they have not yet received more approved views of Kieran.
