Pushpalata comes from a small village called Khushbura in the Rewari region of Haryana. He completed his early education in his village and then worked higher. In 2016, he completed his BSC degree and then undergraduate education and MBA. His academic history laid the foundation of his future efforts.

Pushpalata’s journey to breaking the UPSC exam was not easy. He started to prepare for the exam four years after his marriage while looking at his two -year -old son. Pushpalata would wake up at 4 am every day and work for several hours and balance his family responsibilities with preparation.
