Burglars drill into jewellery shop, flee with valuables worth ₹1.2 crore

In a daring overnight theft at a jewelery store in northwestern Bengaluru, an unknown gang allegedly broke into the wall of the store and stole valuables worth around Rs 1.2 crore.

The incident took place on the intervening night of April 27 and 28 at RB Jewelers located in a complex in Havanur Layout near Hesaraghatta Main Road. The complainant stated that the shop was securely closed at around 21.15 on the night of April 27, and that security guard arrangements were made only in the morning hours.
