Cartier watch ‘bribe’ over seaside tower dispute

According to the court newspapers, a turning point led to a “possible” bribe attempt with a dispute, Cartier watch and secret records.

Mr. Christophi said to the BBC: “I definitely reject any suggestions that I aim to intimidate or act in a unreasonable way,”

“I looked for dialogue, I didn’t want anything else, and when this dialogue was rejected over and over again, I did what I believe to be heard,” he added.

In April 2023, Mr. Christophi transferred £ 50,000 to the company’s owner Besnik Ademaj and Mr. Ademaj, who was brought to renew the property.

Dr Kausal was encouraging Mr. Ademaj to transfer his shares in RPD.

Mr. Christophi claimed that the clock and money were a trust and friendship movement aimed at showing goodwill during their debate on transferring shares.

According to the decision, the clock and money were then returned.

Judge Salimi said that there was a “attempt to bribe” in the balance of possibilities.
