Brown posted a video of his baptism on his TikTok account. Accordingly Sports Spectrum, Marcellus Casey, the Chiefs’ team chaplain, baptized Brown, and Casey’s wife baptized Brown’s fiancee.
“Living for Jesus. Serving Others,” Brown captioned the video.
“I was baptized when I was young, but I feel like this past year has put a lot of pressure on me mentally. It all boils down to ‘don’t worry about the extra stuff.’ I found myself second-guessing a lot of things, and that’s not what I’m supposed to do as a believer. So it felt good to be baptized with my fiancée,” Brown said.
“Letting God know that I am His follower, this is all a blessing from Him and I don’t take that lightly.”
