Chiranjeevi Completes Look Test for Mega158; Shoot Set to Begin Soon

Chiranjeevi is gearing up for his next big venture, tentatively titled Mega158, and the project is already creating a strong buzz. This marks the reunion of Chiranjeevi and director Bobby Kolli, who had earlier made the blockbuster Waltair Veerayya. Expectations are naturally high and the new movie is said to be a full-fledged action movie with a strong emotional structure. Bobby has reportedly designed the script to capitalize on Chiranjeevi’s nostalgic mass appeal, blending intense action with the extraordinary moments that fans associate with the star.

The film is being produced by Venkat K Narayana under the banner of KVN Productions with a clear focus on delivering a grand theatrical experience backed by solid technical values. “KVN productions are financing the project and there is no change in the project even though their big-ticket films ‘Jana Nayagan’ and ‘Toxic’ are facing different problems,” he adds.

After completion of the look test, the team prepares for the Muhurtham ceremony and the start of regular shooting. A huge set is currently being built on the outskirts of Hyderabad where important scenes involving Chiranjeevi and the main cast will be shot.

In the cast, Priyamani will play the role of Chiranjeevi’s wife and Preity Mukundan will play the role of his daughter. The film is expected to revolve around a father-daughter relationship set against the backdrop of a high-octane action drama.
