“I’m grateful that he’s being held accountable for his actions,” Dickson’s mother said.
“It’s been a long time since I’ve been here.”

When asked if the 16-month sentence was long enough, Dickson’s mother said: “Not really.”
“My daughter has to deal with a lot and still has life-threatening injuries,” he said.
Yuen will be eligible for parole after serving eight months in prison.
