Could the Crown ever be charged with genocide?

“We hear cases here in these ridiculous courts,” Krauatungalung’s elderly uncle, Robbie Thorpe, told those gathered outside the Victorian Supreme Court of Appeal. last Wednesday.
“This is not our law. We had a law here.”
Thorpe later became King Henry III. He appeared in court to continue his attempt to have Charles accused of genocide against Australia’s First Nations peoples. He initially tried to launch a private investigation against Charles in 2023, but this ended when the judge refused to prosecute.
