CPI(ML) warns of SIR rollout in West Bengal, flags disenfranchisement fears

The Secretary General of the Indian Communist Party (Marxist -Leninist) Kurtuluş, Dipankar Bhattacharya, Friday, July 11, 2025, has created serious concerns in the Western Bengal (secret) and warned that the exercise could lead to mass injustice.
Bhattacharya said, “Those in Bihar will soon be a secret to the West Bengal. The Indian Election Commission clearly said that this exercise would be done in all states.

Addressing a press conference in Kalcutta, Mr. Bhattacharya claimed that as in Bihar, Sir’s election roller in West Bengal, especially in the Western Bengal, may especially impress migrant workers and students.

“West Bengal’s immigrant workers are in a terrible situation in the country. Odisha, Maharashtra, Haryana are being attacked; they are insulted, killed.

Mr. Bhattacharya, the issue is currently under the judicial examination and the Supreme Court’s legislation of the legacy of the petitions of the hearing said.
