Israel is not committing genocide in Gaza, British Government says

A letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the British government did not believe that Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip formed genocide.
Previously, the worker government said that if Israel had made a genocide, it was a question for courts, not a national government.
However, last week, a letter from the surface secretary David Lammy to the International Development Committee changed in the position.
In correspondence, TimesMr. Lammy said that an assessment by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs found that Israel’s actions in Palestine were not genocide.
Following the resignation of Angela Rayner, the letter sent to Sir Keir Starmer’s reorganization of the cabinet said: ‘According to the Genocide Congress, the genocide crime occurs only in the “intention of destroying a whole national, ethnic, racial or religious group.”
‘The government did not conclude that Israel was acting with this intention.’
This clearly confirmed that the British government did not believe what was going on in Gaza for the first time.
Previously, in May, Middle East Minister Hamish Falconer said to the deputies that the government’s position was a matter for a ‘competent court’, not any official determination of the genocide.
A letter from David Lammy said that an assessment made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is not a genocide of Israel’s actions in Palestine.

Last year, the poor Prime Minister said that the government is not an international court ‘.
“We did not arbitrate and could not do it about whether Israel violated international humanitarian law,” he said.
The letter was sent to the Sarah Champion President of the International Development Committee and asked for answers about the supply of pieces for British F-35 fighter aircraft to Israel.
And Mr. Lammy found that Israel’s actions were ‘completely terrible’, although Israel said that the actions of Israel were ‘completely terrible’ due to ‘comprehensive destruction’, as well as numerous civilian deaths, but no genocide continued.
Authority, the country, ‘to prevent and alleviate the pain caused by this conflict should do much more’ he said.
Tottenham deputy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs made a large number of evaluations about the genocide problem, he said.
This includes when the government decides to excuse the F-35 jet in the UK from the suspension of 30 weapons export licenses to Israel.

It comes after the British government decided to suspend 30 of 350 weapons export licenses to the Middle East country last September.
Although British -made weapons suspended some licenses on fears used to violate international law, the planes were exempted from jet pieces because they were part of a wider NATO defense program.
