Deadly skydiving plane crash

In Missouri, a plane crash that occurred minutes after takeoff killed all twelve people on board. Today, federal investigators examined the charred wreckage after the NTSB said they expected to release a preliminary report on the crash within 30 days. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports from the scene.
