Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh Announce Second Pregnancy

New Delhi: Actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone announced on Sunday that they are expecting their second child. The couple shared a joint post on their respective Instagram accounts in which their first daughter, Dua, is holding a positive pregnancy test kit.

Many celebrities, including Kiara Advani and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, congratulated the couple in the comments section.

Singh and Padukone got married in Italy in November 2018. They welcomed their first child on September 8, 2024.

Singh’s latest work is Aditya Dhar’s directorial film “Dhurandhar: The Revenge”, which released in March and grossed over Rs 1500 billion at the global box office.

The film is a sequel to Dhar’s 2025 directorial film “Dhurandhar”, in which the actor played the role of secret Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) operative Hamza Ali Mazari.

Padukone will star opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the movie “King”. The film is directed by Siddharth Anand and will be released in December. Additionally, Padukone is reuniting with Khan and Anand, with whom she worked with in “Pathaan”. The movie was released in 2023.
