Delta pilot forced to make ‘aggressive maneuver’ to avoid mid-air collision with B-52 bomber

A Delta was a close call for a Delta Regional Jet pilot, saying that he had to make a “aggressive maneuver” to prevent the Bombarding plane and the mid-air collision.

Skywest Jet was coming for a landing in North Dakota on Friday, where Jetin collided with almost large military plane.

ABC News received a video from passengers who recorded his apology after the pilot descended to the airport safely.

Minot is home to an Air Force Base. Air Force made a statement on Sunday evening:

“We are aware of the latest reports about commercial and air force aircraft operating in the airspace around Minot International Airport. We are currently investigating the issue. We can confirm that a B-52 aircraft assigned to Minot AFB realized an overpass of the North Dakota State Fair on Friday evening.”

In a statement, Skywest said:

“Skywest Flight 3788, Minneapolis, Minnesota’dan Minot to the Delta connection to the North Dakota, after being cleaned to approach the tower safely went down to Minot, but another plane showed a performance.”
