Dozens injured in Russia after train crashes, overturns

At least 35 people were injured in the serious train accident that occurred in Russia, when the Moscow-Chelyabinsk night train derailed and seven double-decker wagons overturned.
No one died in the crash, state-run Russian news agency TASS reported, citing officials.
Regional Governor Alexei Russkich said there were 415 passengers on board and at least 35 people suffered minor or moderate injuries.
18 people were hospitalized.
As can be seen in the video on the Telegram channel Baza, some passengers managed to get out of the overturned wagons.
The crash occurred near the village of Bryandino in the Ulyanovsk region, 800 kilometers east of Moscow, halfway to Chelyabinsk in Western Siberia.
Russia’s State Investigative Committee pointed to the worn-out pallet bed while investigating the cause of the incident, Interfax news agency reported.
