Jimmy Bullard brands Jake Quickenden a ‘p***k’ and mocks his career as clip from his first I’m A Celeb stint trends amid bullying row

A clip of Jimmy Bullard branding Jake Quickenden a ‘scum’ and mocking his career during his I’m A Celeb debut trended amid his bullying row with Adam Thomas.
All hell broke loose during Friday night’s I’m A Celeb live final when sportsman Jimmy, 47, challenged actor Adam, 37, over an expletive-filled row in the jungle.
He described his behavior as ‘aggressive and threatening’ and accused ITV of editing the scene to make Adam look good as they headbutted each other on the show.
But some fans point out that Jimmy’s behavior wasn’t always so calm during his first show in 2014 either.
That year, Jimmy called out former X Factor singer Jake, suggesting he didn’t deserve to be in the line-up. He later said it was just ‘banter’ between two friends.
In the currently trending clip, Jimmy says: ‘The more I get to know you, the more I wonder what this guy is doing here?’
He continued: ‘What does he propose? So what, why are you here? What are you? What kind of talent do you have?

‘World champion, fair enough. Professional football player. What did you do? Did you get a microphone?’
Later in the Bush Telegraph, Jimmy said the comments were ‘a joke’.
Jake then told Jimmy: ‘I don’t even know why I’m here…’, he chuckled awkwardly.
When the clip started circulating again, people wrote to X: ‘Good manners don’t cost anything. Being a good person means everything.’,
‘Belittling and knowing that it causes upset is not joking, it’s bullying.’,
‘I loved her the last time she was into this but I totally forgot how she was with Jake?!? Oh my god, this is so bad…’.
Others said they thought it was just a joke between two friends and wrote: ‘They were friends, it was a joke, it wasn’t even serious.’,
‘This was really just two friends joking around like they do in football locker rooms. You wouldn’t understand this if you’d never been around. ‘Clearly Jake didn’t take this the same way Adam did from David.’
It was revealed Jimmy was hiding out on Tuesday, his first appearance since the explosive I’m A Celeb live final and bullying row with Adam, amid claims he plans to take legal action against ITV.
Although the man actually apologized for his behavior during the final, Jimmy angrily insisted that ITV air the full tape, causing an argument to break out and hosts Ant and Dec losing control of the proceedings.
Fans commented on social media how disturbing it was to watch the first live finale, writing: ‘This is more dramatic than anything I’ve seen in a theater all year.’

All hell broke loose during Friday night’s I’m A Celeb live final when sportsman Jimmy, 47, challenged actor Adam, 37, over an expletive-filled argument in the woods.
Although the man actually apologized for his behavior during the final, Jimmy angrily insisted that ITV air the full tape, leading to an argument.
He appeared upset when he was spotted at a railway station in Surrey when he stepped out on Tuesday.
Jimmy and Adam fell out when Jimmy said “I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here” during the couples’ trial – because he wanted to go home but still wanted to get his full fee.
He had teamed up with Adam, and saying those words meant both men were going home.
This caused Adam to become enraged and he was seen on screen calling Jimmy a ‘p****’ and using the F word several times.
The man managed to stay on the show no matter what, causing people to brand the show as a fix.
During the live finale, Jimmy claimed the conversation with Adam was much worse than shown, claiming Adam also used the C-word and was ‘aggressive, abusive and scary’.
Presenter Ant, 50, insisted what was televised was a ‘clear representation of what happened’, but some parts were omitted because they were ‘unbroadcast’.
Jimmy claimed he said: ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’ lost his place on the show as he had to leave the program for personal reasons but still wanted to be paid his full fee.
He said: ‘When we went to the trial it was originally for the stars, then I chose Adam for the stars. Then when he said the two people downstairs had to go home, a huge lightbulb went off in my head.
‘I didn’t cast Adam after that, I didn’t know anyone was going home, I thought it was for the stars.’
He made a production request to someone and asked about the terms of his contract, claiming that if he quit while in camp he would only get part of his payment, but if he did it during a tryout he would get the full amount.
But Jimmy, furious over how the scene was staged, raged at Ant and Dec: ‘I don’t stand for someone being abusive, aggressive and intimidating. You were there too, you had front row seats. You didn’t show any of this.
‘You didn’t show any of your C-bombs, that’s a freedom.’
Ant argued: ‘The reason we haven’t released the C-bomb is because it’s unbroadcast. I was there and didn’t think it was scary. ‘I was there, Jim.’
When the man got the chance to speak he said: ‘I take full responsibility for my actions and yes, emotions were definitely running high at that moment.
‘I have nothing but love for Jimmy at that moment. I have apologized to Jimmy many times and I take everything he has said into consideration and all I can do is apologize.
‘I don’t want to show myself this way and I have never shown myself this way before or after. ‘I’m sorry Jimmy.’
‘That’s a funny way of showing it,’ David chimed in, before Ant and Dec angrily told him to cut it off.
David continued: ‘I like to say it how I see it, I like to keep it real and what I see is a lot of editing to make this poor guy look pretty. [pointing to Adam] He should be the victim so that the people will support him.
‘We all joked back and forth, most of it stopped on their end. But I think it’s time for the truth.’
Sinitta jumped off the stage and shouted at the audience: ‘Guys, you weren’t there, I was there and it was aggressive and abusive, we were shaking.’
Jimmy shouted in the background: ‘You can’t be aggressive, abusive and scary, it doesn’t matter if Adam apologizes.
‘I won’t take you [Ant] You can’t say that by saying it isn’t offensive, abusive, or scary. Show it, let everyone watch, let’s play now!’
Former Tottenham Hotspur manager and former I’m A Celebrity winner Harry Redknapp, 79, demurred and remained silent when Jimmy challenged him to respond.
The confrontation ended with Ant telling Jimmy: ‘Okay, let’s leave it at that. ‘We will agree to disagree.’
The usually implacable hosts seemed almost to lose their nerve at times; Ant was telling both Bullard and Haye: ‘You weren’t there.’
David had also confronted Adam and questioned whether he deserved to win after calling Jimmy the “C-word” in South Africa, causing Gemma to put her arm over him and tell him to shut up.
“Yes, after this fight, I think I deserve to win,” the man replied proudly.
David said, “Don’t you think you should ask Jimmy if he thinks he deserves to win?” he added. ‘Cause there were a lot of things cut from that thing. ‘Listen, I’ve got nothing but love for Jimmy, I guess it’s just… The guy’s playing the victim.’
Dec responded: ‘David, you were gone. You weren’t even there!’
The man added: ‘Can you let the finalists speak?’ As Gemma reaches out her arm to hold David back as the studio descends into chaos.
Jimmy is said to be planning to take legal action against ITV and is using the finale to gather evidence.
