Enforcement Directorate conducts searches at nine locations in West Bengal PDS scam case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting searches in the Public Distribution System (PDS) wheat diversion scam case at nine locations linked to suppliers and exporters in Kolkata, Bardhaman and Habra in West Bengal.

The facility is allegedly linked to Sagar Enterprises and its owner Susanto Saha; Samir Kumar Chandra, owner of another company; Adarsha International and its owner Partha Saha; Maa Annapurna Rice Concern; Cynax Aannaapurna Udyog Private Limited; Daulat Ram Gupta, owner of KG Food Trading; An agency official said there was a person named Kanchan Som.
