Enough is enough. End the starvation in Gaza
Elizabeth Sime, Fitzroy North
Hunger as a policy
According to your reporter (letters, 26/7), the reason why the Palestinians died of starvation is that Hamas does not surrender. This is a proper explanation. He also removes Israel from the hook.
But the facts are not so easy. Israel controls the airspace, its borders, the sea. He checks what food is entering – and what does it not. Israel bombed the furnaces, destroyed the farms and blocked humanitarian aid.
We can discuss the conditions of the ceasefire, but let’s not claim that the famine in Gaza is the unwanted result of the war. This is a policy. And no government should be allowed to surrender to civilians – no matter who they fight.

Normally the problem
There is another aspect of the Global Warning (Good Weekend, 26/7) on the destruction of the world. The growing equality meant that almost everyone was a car (bigger, better). Flying and international travel has increased to such a degree that “extreme tourism” destroys many places, not only for the rich.
Central heating and air conditioning have become normalized and expected not only for the rich, but for the rich. Excessive consumption of clothes in clothing society is very different from my childhood. It is almost impossible to see a special treatment as luxury seen as treats these days, and is normalized to daily expectations.
This has been one step for equality in many countries. The cost has been a significant increasing rate of emissions of the environment.

Profit v fees
Infinite titles and pieces of ideas disrupt the decrease in productivity. Much less calling for the fall in Realwages.
Even less indicate the increasing increase in snow and stocks of most of the major companies of Australia. Economists, especially those employed by the thought tanks financed by the industry, speak about “productivity ,, in fact, in fact, profitability and especially dividend returns.
The fact that both profit and dividends are not only continuing, but also increased in the last 20 years (I do not mention the purchase of stocks that increase the investor income at the expense of investors called for investors), the actual income moves backwards, in fact, the investment is good, but the investment is good, but the investment is good, but the investment is good, but the investment is good.
It would be nice to think that the “Tax Round Desk” would be overwhelmed by the recovery of corporate law in order to make employees’ wages as important as the investor’s return. But I don’t hold my breath.

Progress
People who opposed wind farms and solar panel farms would also oppose the replacement of candles with electric light – but in the end, these people accepted it.

Trumpteen Maths
The word “fifteen ır refers to a large, finite but uncertain number. So let’s use ″ tumbeen ,, unreasonable, unacceptable and unpredictable, but as the only way to define any number that is greater than it should always have.

Scandinavian model
Last month we spent in Scandinavia, where the Trains system was very popular. Danish and Sweden, bicycles and children’s cars, as well as passengers and bikes of the subway intercity train lines, they identified elevators. Thousands of people take the pollution from the cars by taking social functions from work or on a daily basis. Everything functions effortlessly.

If the most effective part of the body in making the human brain prefrontal cortex decision, why do footballers remove their mouthpieces before scoring a goal?

Doggone, AFL
We don’t need Snoop Dogg in Afl Grand Final. We need a local future group that interprets an old hit and says a new material. Fireworks if necessary. Entertainment does not make any difference for participation. AFL will save money. A local group will be exposed to great international.
