Feds fail to get indictment against DC sandwich thrower: Report

Federal prosecutors could not provide a major jury indictment against a former Ministry of Justice employee allegedly threw a subway sandwich at a US Customs and Border Protection Officer on Washington, DC. New York Times Report Wednesday.
The US lawyer at the USA tried to blame Sean Charles Dunn of the attacker for a lower incident that caught the video.
Doj fired Dunn after he was arrested.
It is not clear whether prosecutors will try to get Dunn’s indictment. The US Law Office on DC and DC did not immediately respond to the requests for comments of CNBC.
Dunn’s lawyer Sabrina Shroff refused to comment on the registration.
