Experts divided as ACT auction clearance rates drop 30 points | The Canberra Times

The ACT’s liquidation rate started the year at 64.9 per cent and reached its lowest point in mid-June, when just 36.8 per cent of auctions resulted in sales, according to Cotality. This figure has increased slightly since then, remaining at 41.3 percent for two weeks and finally surpassing the 50 percent mark in the first week of July.
