FCC approves $8 billion Paramount-Skydance merger

The Federal Communication Commission cleared a $ 8 billion merger path on Thursday Very big and Skydence media.

Carr said that Skydence has made written commitments to ensure that the new company’s programming has various perspectives throughout the political and ideological spectrum.
