When he heard a jury, a 15 -year -old school boy was stabbed to a fatally stabbed by a students using hunting knives during a lunch break. Harvey Willgoose died on February 3 after he was stabbed at the All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield by a 15 -year -old student.
Richard THYNE KC said to a jury: “Harvey Willgoose is just five minutes left for a school lunch for stabbing.
“When Harvey was pushed to a knife on his chest, he stood in the courtyard at the All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield, while penetrating his heart.
“He collapsed where he lost his consciousness and died in a short period of time.
“He was 15 years old.”
Mr Thyne, who filed a prosecution case, said, “The knife wound that killed Harvey was given with enough power to cut one of the ribs of the knife.
“The knife would have caused this wound, 13 cm, a hunting knife with a scraped edged knife.”
Mr. Thyne told the jury members confessed that the defendant “stabbed Harvey’s death”.
He said: “He also confesses that stabbing is not made in legal defense.”
The jury heard that the defendant agreed to kill Harvey’s man, but refused to kill him.
The unnamed child admitted that there was a knife in school facilities.
As Mr. Thyne summarized the case against him, the defendant sat on a glass front of the glass, wearing a white shirt without a tie.
It was besieged by a number of adults, including a vehicle.
