Former child actor accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault in new lawsuit

A former child actor has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting her at a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in 2007.

The anonymous male accuser filed a lawsuit against Combs in California this week. CNN obtained a copy of the lawsuit.

The case is the latest in a mounting and persistent set of legal problems for the incarcerated music mogul, who is currently appealing his conviction on federal charges in New York for two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution, for which he was sentenced to more than four years in prison. He also has a case under active investigation, according to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

The new lawsuit accuses Combs of directing the child actor into a back room at a networking event, offering him an alcoholic beverage before touching the minor and then performing oral sex on him, the complaint states.

A representative for Combs denied the new allegations.

Juda Engelmayer, Combs’ spokesperson, told CNN: “Mr. Combs categorically denies these allegations. This complaint describes events that allegedly occurred nearly two decades ago and is based solely on the plaintiff’s testimony. We will review the complaint carefully and respond through appropriate legal process. We are confident that the facts will demonstrate that these allegations are false.”

According to the complaint, Combs told the child actor that he “wanted to speak with him privately about some potential opportunities” and that he would be “a good candidate for an upcoming project.”

The complaint alleges that after Combs and the minor entered the back room, Combs offered him his alcoholic beverage and made small talk before “beginning to rub” the minor’s arm. The male accuser told Combs that he “was uncomfortable with the way Defendant Combs was touching him.” Combs tried to comfort her, according to the complaint.

“Then, Defendant Combs pulled down Plaintiff’s pants and underwear and began caressing Plaintiff’s genitals, while Combs touched himself at the same time,” the lawsuit states. “Defendant Combs then performed oral copulation on the minor Plaintiff while continuing to touch her. Defendant Combs then pulled up his pants and told Plaintiff that he would see where they went from there for the role he had in mind.”

The accuser filed his lawsuit under the pseudonym “John Y. H. Roe.” It is stated that he began his “career as a child actor” around 2004, but no further details were given about his identity or the roles he took on. The plaintiff’s age at the time was not disclosed, except that it was stated that he was a “minor child under the age of 18” at the time of the alleged assault in May 2007.

The accuser is also suing her former talent agency, claiming they failed to adequately protect her because she was a minor and that she had to be accompanied by an adult chaperone at the networking event they invited her to.

This isn’t the first time Combs has been accused of sexual assault by a minor. He faced lawsuits from plaintiffs who claimed they were teenagers at the time they were allegedly attacked. an accuser The person claimed that he was only 10 years old when he was attacked by Combs. Many of the accusers claimed they were assaulted at auditions or other work events.

Combs has denied all allegations against him and has said he has never sexually assaulted a minor, or anyone else for that matter.

“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor,” Combs’ lawyers told CNN in previous statements.

In addition to the dozens of civil cases Combs faces, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is currently reviewing a sexual assault case against Combs and determining whether the case is strong enough to move forward with immediate charges.

“In the fall of 2025, the LAPD and LASD submitted a separate sexual assault investigation for one victim to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. We are reviewing the case,” a spokesperson for Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman told CNN last week.

This case follows music publisher Jonathan Hay. He spoke extensively to CNN Last year, she accused Combs of masturbating in front of her once in 2020 and forcing her to perform oral sex on him in 2021.

Combs’ team did not respond to CNN’s request for comment regarding the DA’s office review of the case against Combs in Los Angeles. But since Hay filed a civil lawsuit against Combs, the musician’s lawyers have vehemently denied his claims.

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has stated repeatedly for over a year, Combs cannot address every false allegation in what has become a media circus. Let me be absolutely clear that Mr. Combs categorically denies all allegations that he sexually assaulted anyone as false and defamatory,” Combs’ legal attorney, Jonathan Davis, previously said in a statement to CNN.

“Knowing that the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is actively reviewing my case is a profound moment of validation,” Hay told CNN via email this week. “I am determined to ensure that justice is served. Those responsible for their actions must ultimately face the consequences of the law.”

CNN has also reached out to the former child actor’s attorney for further comment on the lawsuit, which was filed this week.
