GHMC to Issue Trade Licences to 3.5 L Properties

Haydarabad: GHMC decided to provide commercial license certificates of all 3.5 lacch residential property under the jurisdiction. From now on, the responsibility of giving trade licenses and collection of relevant fees will be based on the Deputy Commissioner. These tasks were previously handled by the real estate tax wing.

As a part of this exercise, the six regional commission members were instructed by the commissioner to provide weekly reports on the number of non -residential properties in their regions and the progress made in the giving commercial licenses.
