Star-Studded Cast Rumours Swirl as Key Cameos Confirmed

Superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 is one of the most talked about projects of the year and the makers are currently busy wrapping up solid cameos.

Speculations are rife that Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Vidya Balan and Mithun Chakraborty will play cameo roles in the film, which is scheduled to be released after the summer.

Actor Jatin Sarna added to the excitement by confirming the participation of Dirty Picture actor and Mithun Chakraborty (who incidentally was the first to confirm SRK’s presence). Sarna shared a series of photos on social media that went viral almost instantly.

Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures, Jailer 2 is scheduled to release in major theaters on June 12, 2026. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director of the film.
