GMR Airports Q3FY26 results: Net profit declines 14% to ₹174 crore | People

GMR Airports Ltd (GAL) on Friday reported a 14 per cent decline in consolidated profit after tax to Rs173.96 billion for the three months ending December 2025, mainly due to higher expenses.
The company, which operates Delhi, Hyderabad and several other airports, had made a profit of Rs 202.10 billion after tax in the same period last year.
According to regulatory records, GMR Airports’ total revenue increased to Rs 4,082.77 billion in the third quarter of this financial year from Rs 2,748.22 billion in the same period last year.
In the last December quarter, the company’s total expenses rose to 2,293.49 billion rupees.
GAL-owned airports served a record 31.9 million passengers in the December quarter, while Delhi airport served 20.8 million passengers.
GMR Group-led consortium Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) made a profit after tax of Rs 231 billion in the December quarter 2025, returning to black after a loss of Rs 243 million in the previous year.
The statement stated that DIAL’s profit after tax was the highest since the third quarter of the 2021-22 financial year.
