NTR district Collector G. Lakshmisha said handicrafts are a part of our rich heritage and there is a need to preserve the 400-year-old legacy of Kondapalli toy-making art for future generations.
After inaugurating “Kondapalli Bommala Panduga” at Kondapalli Toy Experience Center on the occasion of World Heritage Day on Saturday, April 18, 2026, the Collector said that the district administration and the Tourism Department are working together to ensure the preservation and global recognition of the traditional craft.
