As the weather begins to warm up and the nights begin to lengthen, I can’t think of a better way to spend the spring and summer months than playing a game of baseball on the basketball court.
How could it get any better than this?

There are few things more exciting than taking home a piece of your favorite team’s home game, but one man may have taken things a little too far in his efforts to bring back a souvenir from the Cleveland Guardians game earlier this week.
In the bottom of the 5th inning, Guardians outfielder Daniel Schneemann hit a hit over the left field wall, and our overzealous Cleveland fans pounced on it like it was a loose ball in Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
The only problem was that she wasn’t the only one going to prom.

Accordingly Clutch Points, The adult admirer’s name is Maxx Quinn and the teenage robbery victim’s name is Evelyn, and as you can see in the video, Evelyn is pretty upset because she didn’t have the muscles and the rush on that long flight.
Apparently someone from the crew showed up to give Evelyn and her brother autographed baseballs, but that didn’t stop people on the internet from going after Quinn for his actions.
The situation got so bad that Quinn even issued a public apology on a local news program.
“So, first of all, I want to make an apology. I just want to say, I’m sorry. I’m sorry to the family, I’m sorry to the parents, I’m sorry to the little girl and her brother,” Quinn said live.
“I’m so sorry for everything that happened. Like you said, it was spur of the moment. I made a bad decision; I’ve made a lot of bad decisions. I’m paying the price for it online. I understand the reaction and I understand everything everyone has said to me. But there was no ill will and I gave it back to him. You know, I didn’t do it in time. If I could do it all over again, I would just grab it, give it to him, give it to him and be done with it.”

In all seriousness, it’s nice to see that he’s remorseful for his actions, and Evelyn accepted his apology.
“Hi Maxx, thank you for returning the ball to us. We forgive you for that. We know the internet is going crazy about it. We hope they forgive you,” he said.
See, all’s well that ends well!
Now the internet can stop calling this guy a jerk and get back to arguing about redistricting practices and the war in Iran.
Hurry up to return to normal!
