Haunted-looking Bill Gates seen with girlfriend at Sun Valley ‘billionaires’ summer camp’ after being grilled about Jeffrey Epstein friendship in Congress

Microsoft founder Bill Gates opened Thursday at the notoriously secretive Allen & Co. in Idaho. He was photographed arriving at the Sun Valley Conference.

Gates, 70, forced a smile as a handful of photographers allowed into the so-called ‘summer camp for billionaires’ caught him being whisked away in a golf cart with girlfriend Paula Hurd.

Just a few weeks ago, the emperor was forced to testify about his former relationship with Jeffrey Epstein; It was part of a Congressional review of past federal investigations into the disgraced financier.

Gates told the House Oversight Committee that he had affairs with two Russian women and a much younger medical entrepreneur around 2010, and that he was nearly blackmailed by Epstein as a result.

While being interrogated for nearly six hours, she said, “I learned that Epstein had become aware of sensitive information about my personal life, including the fact that I had been unfaithful in my marriage.”

Gates also said: “Epstein was pressuring me to re-engage with him, using information about my infidelities, along with many lies he piled up.”

Emails reviewed by investigators that Epstein sent to himself in 2013 and were revealed earlier this year suggested that Gates was having an extramarital affair with his then-wife, Melinda French Gates.

French Gates told CBS Mornings in 2022 that her ex-husband’s relationship with Epstein played a big role in their 2021 divorce. Gates has repeatedly expressed regret for his relationship with Epstein but has vehemently denied wrongdoing and has never been charged with any crime.

Gates’ former relationship with Epstein came to the fore in December after the two were seen together in a photo. Additional emails written by Epstein and released in February suggested Gates had extramarital affairs

He said that learning about the meetings from reports that began in October 2019 caused him “incredible sadness” and brought back memories of “very, very painful times” in their marriage.

Epstein wrote that he “helped Bill get drugs to deal with the consequences of sex with Russians”[sic] girls, to make it easier[sic] his illicit trysts with married women [sic] They are asked to provide additional[sic]’.

Gates stated that the three women were professional bridge player Mila Antonova, nuclear physicist Karima Nigmatulina and Dr Alice Jacobs Nesselrodt.

“He has never blackmailed me, but looking at these emails, there is a serious possibility that he is considering blackmailing me,” Gates told Congress last month after the emails were released in February.

Gates said he first met the convicted sex trafficker through a counselor in 2011.

At this point, Epstein had already pleaded guilty to a charge of soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida.

Gates claimed that Epstein believed the tech mogul could help secure wealthy individuals for his philanthropic efforts. Gates said he cut all ties with Epstein in 2014 after inaction on the issue.

He also swore that Epstein never visited the infamous Little Saint James Island.

Bill and ex-wife Melinda Gates were photographed together at the Sun Valley conference in 2015. The couple split six years later after reports emerged of Gates’ relationship with Epstein. It is known that the incident is quite secret.

Other powerful names at the event organized by Sun Valley Resort include OpenAI founder Sam Altman, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Amazon’s Jeff Bezos and Palantir’s Alex Karp.

The conference is held every July by family-run New York investment bank Allen & Co. is hosting. Gates has been a regular presence for a long time. She was joined in the latter two by Hurd, whose relationship with the billionaire was confirmed in February 2023.

One of the most closely watched business meetings of the year, the event is designed to help develop ‘long-lasting and profitable relationships with corporate leaders’. It is mostly kept secret.
