HDPT Warns Public of Misleading Statements in its Name

: Hindu Dharma Parirakshana Trust (HDPT), an official trust operating under Andhra Pradesh endowment department, has warned people against fake press releases and misleading social media campaigns run on its behalf by some anti-social organisations.
HDPT coordinators Sandireddy Kondala Rao and Kota Sunil Kumar on Wednesday announced that Hindu Dharma Parirakshana Foundation has been established with the aim of protecting, promoting and preserving Hindu Dharma and coordinating religious activities across the state under the supervision of the Endowments and Charities department.
They said the foundation had recently noticed that some unauthorized groups and individuals were using HDPT’s name and spreading false information through press notes and social media platforms in an attempt to mislead devotees and the public.
The coordinators claimed that the organizations in question had no connection with the Endowments Department or the Hindu Dharma Parirakshana Foundation. They warned that individuals or groups who make false statements, distribute forged documents, or spread unauthorized propaganda using the HDPT name will face both civil and criminal proceedings.
The Foundation appealed to Hindu devotees and the general public to be vigilant against individuals and organizations misusing the HDPT identity for their own personal or corporate gain.
Kondala Rao and Sunil Kumar urged citizens to directly contact the Endowments Department or HDPT office on 9849847973 and 9848559566 in case of any doubt or for clarification.
