Hearings continue into union misconduct; Mark Irving to give evidence

Good morning and welcome to our live coverage of the Queensland CFMEU and the Construction Industry Fraud Commission of Inquiry.

It is the third day of the first hearing and the inquest is expected to hear evidence from union leader Mark Irving today.

The hearing will begin at 10am Brisbane time (11am AEDT) and end at 3.15pm, although the last two days of hearings took place slightly later.
