Hilary Duff makes unbelievable sex confession as fallout from ‘toxic’ Hollywood mom group continues

Hilary Duff is shifting her focus away from her rumored relationship with both Ashley Tisdale and her older sister Haylie, and towards her music.

As the fallout from Tisdale’s ‘toxic mom band’ article continues, Duff announced the release of a new X-rated single that sent shockwaves through her fan base.

In the sexually charged new track, the 38-year-old former Disney star sings about performing a wild sex act at a bar.

“I want the part where you say ‘fuck’ / who gives you dick behind a bar / then you sneak home late and wake up your roommates,” he croons.

‘I’m touching myself by the front door but you don’t even look my way anymore,’ he adds.

Clearly the remarks are a complete 180 for the Lizzie McGuire star, who has long been known for her wholesome image.

The track has received mixed reactions online so far, with one fan commenting: ‘WHAT does the back of a dive bar give you!!?’

‘Back of a bar to fuck you!! “This really takes me back to my hoe days, I love it so much,” wrote another.

A third wrote: ‘I have four daughters and this makes me so sad. I’m all for a healthy sex life, but this isn’t nice. This is not what I want my daughters to enjoy either. This is a problem of this world. Why do we feel the need to be like this, ladies? ‘Save it for your husband.’

The song is expected to appear on Duff’s new album, which she wrote with her musician husband Matthew Koma.

This comes after Koma weighed in on Tisdale’s mom group drama, criticizing the ‘self-obsessed’ and ‘tone deaf’ High School Musical star with a sharp Instagram post.

Koma, 38, posted on Instagram on Tuesday amid speculation that Tisdale, 40, had fallen out with her husband over alleged tensions within the Hollywood mom group.

He mocked Tisdale’s recent article in The Cut and used the fake headline: ‘When You’re the World’s Most Self-Obsessed Tone-Deaf Person, Other Moms Tend to Shift Their Focus to Their Real Babies.’

Duff shared a video of herself singing along to the song's suggestive lyrics, which included a line about performing a brutal sex act in public.

Koma also photoshopped her own head onto Tisdale’s body, recreating The Cut’s image of Tisdale sitting on a white couch in an all-black outfit. The photo also included a smaller caption that read: ‘A Group of Moms Tell It All Through a Dad’s Eyes’.

This comes after Tisdale’s essay ‘Leaving My Toxic Mom Group’ detailed the feeling of being frozen out by friends during the postpartum period.

The Disney alum has previously raved about her ‘village of moms’, which includes Duff, Mandy Moore and Meghan Trainor, after welcoming her first daughter, Jupiter, in 2021.

Fans quickly speculated that the unnamed group included Duff and Moore, especially after Tisdale unfollowed both women on Instagram.

Tisdale, who also shares a 16-month-old son Emerson with her husband, composer Christopher French, joined the mom group formed by her longtime friend Duff, with women who have shared holidays, baby classes and play dates over the past four years.

But Tisdale recently wrote that I had “left my toxic mom group” and revealed that she began to feel left out during the sensitive postpartum months.

This follows Tisdale's essay 'Leaving My Toxic Mother Group', which details the feeling of being frozen out by a group of friends.

She later wrote an article for The Cut, expanding on a November 2025 post for her blog ‘By Ashley French’, but did not name any of the women involved.

She wrote that she started noticing that she wasn’t invited to some meetings and then saw them being shared on Instagram.

‘This took me back to an unpleasant but familiar feeling that I thought I had left behind years ago,’ he wrote.

‘I was sitting here alone one night after putting my daughter to bed and thinking maybe I’m not cool enough. Suddenly I was in high school again and feeling completely lost as to what I had done ‘wrong’ to be left out.’

After being ostracized once again, he said he messaged the group and wrote: ‘This is too high school for me and I don’t want to be in this group anymore.’

“To be clear, I have never viewed mothers as bad people (maybe they are),” Tisdale added. ‘But I think our group dynamic has ceased to be healthy and positive; From my point of view anyway.’

Although the actress hasn’t publicly revealed who she’s referring to, fans noticed that this article came shortly after she unfollowed both Moore and Duff on Instagram.

In a bizarre turn of events, Duff’s sister Haylie, with whom she reportedly has a falling out, has apparently given her stamp of approval to Tisdale’s viral article about the “toxic” group of moms.

Haylie, 40, hit the like button on The Cut and Tisdale’s Instagram post promoting the article, further fueling rumors of a rift between the Duff sisters.

There has been speculation for years that Hilary, 38, and Haylie were estranged.

The once inseparable siblings have not been publicly photographed since 2019 and appear to have little online interaction with each other.
