Gordon currently operates between 80 and 90 restaurants around the world, ranging from fine dining to more casual pub-style restaurants and Asian-style eateries.

Making the Gordon connection even funnier, her Instagram account wrote: ‘I’m absolutely obsessed with Gordon’s effect of making the bridesmaids carry the wedding breakfast items. Iconic.’

Some didn’t see the funny side of the joke and commented on the post that these were calla lilies instead of spring onions.

In response, the account doubled down and joked: @I don’t know why everyone keeps saying they’re ‘lilies’ when they’re clearly spring onions???’

Those who appreciated the joke said: ‘Looks more like celery to me’ and ‘Scallion!?’

The hilarious prank comes amid weeks of escalating drama between Holly’s family, the Ramsays, and Adam’s family, the Peatys.

In the latest episode, Adam’s ex-girlfriend Eirianedd Munroe reportedly called out his decision to change his surname after marrying Holly.
