Russia accuses Ukraine of strike on nuclear plant in wave of drone attacks | Ukraine
Moscow accused Kiev of doing dozens of drone attacks that caused fire at a nuclear power plant, as he marked Kiev 34 years later since the country gained independence from the Soviet Union.
