HYDRAA, GHMC And Collector Inspect Necklace Road Building Project Over FTL Violation Complaints
Hyderabad: Intervening in construction at full tank level (FTL) of Hussainsagar, officials inspected the ‘Bliss by Pradeep Constructions’ project near Necklace Road MMTS station on Monday following complaints that the building had reached the FTL limits of the lake.
The joint review was led by Hyderabad collector Dr Priyanka Ala, HYDRAA commissioner AV Ranganath and GHMC commissioner RV Karnan. Following the complaint of the irrigation department that the construction was carried out without permission, the authorities inspected the project site.
During the inspection, irrigation department officials reported that no approval was given for the construction. Authorities inspected the site and examined the issues raised in the complaint.
Officials said that a detailed investigation will be carried out and the records and permits related to the project will be examined before any action is taken. They stated that the next step will depend on the findings of the investigation and verification of official records.
