Until his death in January 2019, Nicholas looked at his wife Ann, just five months before him.

Jess did not have many truths to continue. He knew that his father was someone who had met Ann at a US airbase in Sculthorpe in Norfolk.

Ann, who continued to work as a nurse and midwife, was sent to London to give birth.

Using this information, Jess managed to watch the birth record of her brother since September 1962 after calling for a period of 15 years.

“I knew the surname, and I had a preface to him like James, and it turned out to be true.”

His father Nicholas, GP, supported the search very much but He died on a bicycle vacation A few months later after revealing his wife’s secret.

‘An amazing moment’

Jess contacted a social worker who managed to find James on Facebook in 2021. Although the social worker could not tell Jess because of data protection, Alistair was renamed as Dalgliesh.

The Social Worker sent him a message and replied with E -Posta address, but there was no other correspondence and assuming that he didn’t want Jess to be found.

Jess, “I was very worried because I didn’t even know if he was adopted.”

In October, Jess decided to contact her brother again through social workers and started a conversation.

“This was an incredible moment for me, Jess Jess says. “And I learned that my brother lived in Australia.”

A surprising coincidence, Alistair’s adopted mother, Marjorie, was a nurse, and her father Ken reflected the upbringing of Jess.

He had a daughter, but when they accepted Alistair, they were fighting to have another child.

They continued to be another biological son, and then Alistair moved from Kent to Australia when he was three years old.

62 -year -old Alistair did not actively call the birth family, but he thought of them for years.

Talking from his house in Queensland, he says, “I was really happy to be.” “I have experienced a great upbringing with incredible parents and I feel very lucky.”

Fortunately, Alistair knew he was adopted from the age of ten, but Jess was worried about telling him that his mother had died.

Alistair received the news well, but before he dies, he wishes his biological mother to guarantee that she has a great life.

Im My only regret, I don’t say to him. All I want to do was ‘no problem. Don’t worry for me’.

Jess was able to share that she married six years after her brother was born.

Alistair says the information sends a tremor from the spine.

“This has made me realize that I still mean a lot to him, or he says.
